INTERIOR DESIGN
Two residential concepts explored from floor plans to finished 3D views. The first brings together living, dining and bedroom spaces with a playful children's room; the second explores a darker, minimalist luxury home.

Space Planning · Interior Design · 3D Visualization
Create a coherent apartment interior that feels refined in the shared spaces and personal in the bedrooms, with a practical layout and a clear material direction for every room.
Design story
A considered room-by-room journey
The project starts with the floor plan: circulation, furniture positions and the connections between shared and private spaces. From there, the visualizations show the apartment at a human scale rather than as a single isolated view.
The living and dining rooms use deeper contrast, polished stone and warm lighting for a composed everyday setting. Material boards make the finishes and furnishings easier to understand alongside the rendered spaces.
The bedroom brings the palette into a quieter register with timber, soft upholstery and integrated storage. In the children's room, cloud shapes, muted blue and a window seat create a more imaginative space with practical room to grow.

The project
From plan to atmosphere
The images follow the design process in order: spatial plan, shared living areas, material directions, then the bedroom and children's room.
Multiple views reveal how each space works from different angles, while the concept boards bring the color, finish and furnishing choices together. A second floor plan introduces the Modern Minimalist Luxury House study below.

A clear central seating arrangement connects the lounge to the dining area beyond, with integrated lighting and warm finishes.

The dining table sits between darker cabinetry and soft window light, giving the room a defined character within the open plan.

A second view shows the media wall, seating and circulation from the opposite side of the shared space.

Stone, upholstery, lighting and timber samples clarify the layered neutral direction for the lounge.

Dark surfaces, warm metallic details and textured finishes carry the dining room's quieter, more formal mood.

The bed sits against a slatted timber wall, framed by integrated storage and restrained bedside lighting.

Full-height cabinetry and a simple furniture arrangement keep the space useful without visual clutter.

Cloud forms and a muted blue palette bring character to the room while leaving space for sleep and play.

The window seat adds a small destination of its own, with storage and soft furnishings around it.

The alternate view shows the bed, wall details and storage working together across the whole room.

The final board gathers the textures, palette and decorative ideas behind the children's room.
Modern Minimalist
Luxury House
A separate study of warm minimalism: an open living space, intimate bedroom, considered service rooms and richly textured bathrooms.

The layout sets out the relationship between the shared rooms, bedroom and service spaces in this separate residential concept.

A wide view connects the lounge and dining areas through warm stone, dark joinery and carefully placed light.

The window-side view shows the seating, media wall and movement through the open room.

Sculptural chairs and a darker storage wall give the dining space its own intimate character.

A closer perspective brings the dining furniture, cabinetry and warm accent lighting into focus.

The wider view introduces the bedroom's soft textiles, dark surfaces and warm lighting.

Circular illumination frames the bed and gives the room a distinctive focal point.

A compact media wall and built-in joinery keep the private room visually composed.

The work nook makes use of the window while maintaining the room's calm palette.

Dark cabinetry, light counters and integrated appliances shape the galley kitchen.

The compact service area carries the same material and lighting language into a practical corner of the home.

The shower space balances stone surfaces, dark framing and restrained lighting.

The vanity view closes the study with layered textures and careful material transitions.
The spatial idea
MATERIAL, LIGHT
AND SPACE
The plan establishes a clear relationship between the rooms. Stone, warm timber and subtle metallic accents shape the living and dining spaces; softer textures and layered neutrals calm the bedroom. The children's room introduces gentle color and playful details while staying connected to the wider home.
